As far as President Obama, forcing all of American to have insurance by a certain time, is just everyone must be debt free by the end of this year 2012. After working in healthcare, for a number of years have allowed me to care for patients with and without insurance,to refuse to attend to someone because of this issue would be NEGLECT.
